About Us

Everything you need to know about the NH Senior Games (NHSG) sporting events for 2018 is available at the 'click' of a key. Last summer we celebrated our 30th year of providing sporting events for Senior Athletes of New Hampshire. Currently, we are hard at work on the 2018 games, which will serve as a qualifier for the 2019 National Senior Games in Albuquerque, NM. New Hampshire is an open state and out of state residents are welcomed to participate and quality for the National Senior Games in a qualifying year.

NH Senior Games gives adults the opportunity to compete with peers in a variety of activities and, more importantly, to enhance their fitness, health and quality of life. We are primarily volunteer-driven rely upon committed volunteers and advocates to assist in putting on the games each spring and summer.

NHSG is the leader in fitness for Senior athletes in New Hampshire. Everything we do focuses on our mission of Fitness, Friendship and Fun. Whether you are just beginning or have been active all your life, there are sports here for you to compete at your level. No experience necessary.

We would like to thank Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, The Executive Health and Sports Center, John Castelot, Financial Planner, Lamprey Health Care, AARP-NH, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare and Havenwood-Heritage Heights for their kind support of the 2018 NH Senior Games.

Special thanks to New England Blast, our supporting sponsor.

Volunteers are the life blood of many non-profit organizations. The NH Senior Games are always in need of energetic, dedicated volunteers to assist us during the games.
