1 Mile, 5K & 10K Road Race
These are certified 1 Mile, 5K and 10K Road Races. Electronic timing will be used. Competitors in all age groups & gender will run together.
For the 2025 National Senior Games, the 1 Mile Run event will be classified as an “OPEN” event. Athletes do not need to qualify at a 2024 state qualifier.
These Road Races will be run in conjunction with the Maine Sr Games Road Race to be held on Saturday May 18th at the Sanford /Springvale YMCA.
Note: You will register with the NH Senior Games and pick up your bib number at the Maine Senior Games registration table.
Entering your best time is optional, but helpful to the Event Coordinator.

This event will be conducted in accordance with USA Track & Field (USATF) rules.
USATF rules apply unless superseded by the following NSGA Rules.
NSGA Qualification Requirements (in qualifying years):
- All first, second, third, and fourth place winners or athletes meeting this sport’s NSGA minimum performance standards (MPS) in competition at the NHSG qualifying games will qualify for the following year's National Senior Games.
NHSG Entry Requirements (in any year):
- Competitors must be at least 40 years by the end of this calendar year.
- Electronic timing will be used.
