About Us

WELCOME TO THE 2024 NEW HAMPSHIRE SENIOR GAMES!

Everything you need to know about the New Hampshire Senior Games (NHSG) sporting events for 2024 is available at the 'click' of a key!

Please note that registration opened on March 1, 2024, with Pickleball registration beginning in January 2024.

This year, we celebrate our 37th year of providing sporting events for Senior Athletes of New Hampshire. The 2024 state games serve as a qualifier for the 2025 National Senior Games to be held in Des Moines, IA.

New Hampshire is an open state and out-or-state residents are welcome to participate every year, and can qualify for the National Senior Games in a qualifying year.

The New Hampshire Senior Games (NHSG) gives active, older adults the opportunity to compete with peers in a variety of activities and, more importantly, to enhance their fitness, health and quality of life. We are primarily volunteer-driven, and we rely upon committed volunteers and advocates to assist in putting on the games each year.

NHSG is the leader in fitness for Senior athletes in New Hampshire. Everything we do focuses on our mission of Fitness, Friendship and Fun. Whether you are just beginning a sport or event, or have been active all your life, there are sports and events here for you to compete in at your level. No experience necessary.
