Please note that registration opened on March 1, 2022, with Pickleball registration beginning in January 2022.
This year, we celebrate our 35th year of providing sporting events for Senior Athletes of New Hampshire. The 2022 state games serve as a qualifier for the 2023 National Senior Games to be held in Pittsburgh, PA.
New Hampshire is an open state and out-or-state residents are welcome to participate every year, and can qualify for the National Senior Games in a qualifying year.
The New Hampshire Senior Games (NHSG) gives active, older adults the opportunity to compete with peers in a variety of activities and, more importantly, to enhance their fitness, health and quality of life. We are primarily volunteer-driven, and we rely upon committed volunteers and advocates to assist in putting on the games each year.
NHSG is the leader in fitness for Senior athletes in New Hampshire. Everything we do focuses on our mission of Fitness, Friendship and Fun. Whether you are just beginning a sport or event, or have been active all your life, there are sports and events here for you to compete in at your level. No experience necessary.
We would like to thank our 2022 presenting sponsor - Martin's Point HealthCare, for their amazing support of active, older adults.
We also thank our other key supporters including Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, John Castelot Financial Planning, Havenwood-Heritage Heights, BEMER Group NH Independent Distributors, Northeast Delta Dental, Frank DiDonato/Keller Williams Realty, Assited Living Locators, Granite VNA, Kennebunk Savings and Lamprey Health Care for their kind sponsorship of the 2022 NH Senior Games.

Volunteers are the life blood of many non-profit organizations and we are always in need of energetic, dedicated volunteers to assist us during the games. Most volunteer shifts will run approximately 3-4 hours. Positions include athlete check in, score keeping, court monitor, staff assistant, track & field assistant, etc. To learn more, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We also have openings to join the Board of Directors of The Granite State Senior Games, Inc., which hosts the NH Senior Games. There is no minimum age to join the Board. Please contact Glenn Graham, Board Chair, at email@example.com if you have an interest in serving as a volunteer board member and making a difference in the lives of active, older adults in our state.
We're looking forward to seeing you at the New Hampshire Senior Games in 2022!
Yours in good health!
